35 degrees

We have been having an odd winter in North Pole.  Last night it was 35 degrees above zero, and raining.  Yep, raining.  The weather man says it will be above zero for the next week.  This makes for poor road conditions but saves on the heating bill.

I like that I can hide inside and work on my art.  I have finished most of the snow on this piece and added a layer to a few of the tree trunks.  Next I will start on the sky, glad to start working with other colors!
